Hiring is arranged with me over WhatsApp: we talk, I confirm what you need and only then do we settle the price and the payment method. “First month of care included” applies to the services you bought in the package (see the section below).

- Clear scope. New pages, new website features, paid ads and Instagram content creation are not part of monthly care; I quote them separately.
- I reply to reviews only with your written permission, as Google's rules require. I never ask for, buy or offer anything in exchange for reviews.
- Automatic WhatsApp messages (appointment reminders, messages to customers who went quiet): on request. Messages sent are billed separately, at Meta's and the provider's price.

How much does it cost?
The packages have fixed prices, starting at US$ 149, and monthly care starts at US$ 79 per month. For anything outside the packages, I look at your case and agree on the price before starting. The diagnostic is free.
What is billed separately?
The domain (your web address), hosting and WhatsApp messages sent by automation, which Meta charges per message. Everything is in your name, and I explain each cost before you sign up.
Do I have to sign up for monthly care?
No, it is optional. The Found, Presence and Complete packages already include the first month. After that, you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Is it for people without a business who just want a portfolio or personal page?
Yes. If you want to show your work, your résumé or your projects on a page of your own, just tell me what you have in mind.
Do I need a shop or a physical address?
No. I work with people who have a physical location and also with those who work from home, online or as freelancers.
Where do you work?
Everything is done online, so I can work with clients anywhere. In Vila Velha, Brazil, and the surrounding area I can also meet in person.
Do I need to understand technology?
No. I do the setup and then explain, in plain language, how to use it day to day.
Do you guarantee more customers?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What I do is make the customer's path to you clearer and more complete. The result also depends on your area, your competition and your customer service.
Will you touch my Instagram?
I do not need your Instagram password. I work on the Google listing, WhatsApp Business, the page or the website, and I guide you on the bio and the link.
